Bryant McGowen, a College dropout recently returned from a Milledgeville institution to find himself kicked out of his parents house and on his own. After another day of fruitless job interviews he takes a shortcut to his apartment through a stretch of woods and into the the Hugros Forest where he is trapped an imprisoned by a number of bothered dwarves who call themselves the "Rock Folk."
He learns their language and is fascinated to hear that he is talked about in prophecy, only to find that many events spoken about, and concerning his history are TRUE. He must decide whether he is mad, or really in a strange world that is bent on the brink of disaster, and that perhaps he is indeed the "Renegald" or Chosen one.
After a council and attending the right of Ascension known as Tokathura, Bryant, Ranthar, Arvus of Uber, Hennya of Greyland, and Bal Thrasher set on a quest to defeat the evil Vrolock who is bringing the cloud of Kwanstorm to bear over the world, for he wants to claim it for his own.

I love a good story, and there is nothing more interactive than creating something of my own from mind to page. There is something romantic about being a writer, I suppose. to have all that control over the characters, the setting, the mood, the imagery, the soundtrack even. In a way, it is like living a dream.
Upon these two pages are excerpts from four novels as of yet to be published. They may (may not) show the evolution of my ideas as well as writing style. The fourth was written by a close college friend of mine, Dave Cook, and at the time of writing it stands as possibly the best of the four works.
